30 Day Refund/Return Policy

BlueVue offers a 30 day refund/return policy on all orders (cost of product & shipping) with proof of original purchase. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment that was originally used to complete the transaction unless otherwise discussed with a BlueVue representative (before any type of initiation or submission of the return of funds.) Due to the cost of shipping, BlueVue does not require that the purchaser ship back the original purchase unless the value is over $45.00.

If the purchase is $45.00 or more, a return label will be provided for you to be able to ship back to the warehouse. To be considered for a return or refund with a value of over $45.00, the merchandise must be returned in New Condition. The refund of funds will be initiated only after the returned merchandise is back in the possession of BlueVue and the condition of the item is inspected and verified to be of new condition.

Any refunding of funds will be completed within 24 hours of final approval. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for funds to reflect on a credit/debit card or bank account. BlueVue is not responsible for the length of time that may be needed for a financial institution to process the credit that was issued by BlueVue back to your original purchasing method.

31 Day-90 Day Refund/Return Policy

Once the original date of purchase has exceeded 30 days, a refund or return that is requested is subject to the after 30 day refund/return policy. (No Exceptions).

This policy is only valid for purchases over $45.00 (refund would only be applicable for the purchase not the original shipping). The original proof of purchase is required and the condition must meet New Condition standards. If the condition is returned in less than New Condition, BlueVue reserves the right to only refund the value of the item in its returned condition.

Once BlueVue receives a return request, we will make contact with you no later than 48 business hours and provide a return shipping label (which will be subtracted from your refund, unless you provide your own shipping method and a tracking number to BlueVue). Your refund will be processed minus the cost of the shipping label that was provided (unless you provided your own return shipment label) and a restock fee of 10%. If the condition is deemed to be in less than new condition, BlueVue reserves the right to only issue a refund in the amount of the current value of the product.

After 90 Day Refund/Return Request

*If BlueVue receives a return/refund request after 90 days, it will be left to the discretion of management to approve or deny such a request. No further information can be provided as these types of requests would be outside the general return policies and would only be utilized during an exception only. Further communication between the buyer and BlueVue would take place and terms would be negotiated at that time.
